Propeller Club Homepage

Brief History

As the oldest American NGO in Turkey, we were established in 1951 to serve the needs and interests of maritime businesses. With the rapid expansion of the Turkish economy, we have since evolved into a 300-member strong diverse organization, whose members now include leading Turkish and International businesspeople. Our Club is the only English-speaking business association in Turkey and its’ main activity is a monthly luncheon where members come together to engage, conduct business and listen to a prominent speaker on a trending topic of interest.
Our Objectives:
— To promote relations in trade and transportation.
— To exchange views on matters of mutual interest.
— To increase awareness of events relevant to the economic development of Istanbul and of Turkey as a whole, and
— To provide our members an opportunity to contribute to the economic life of the community.
— To provide a forum for our members to become better acquainted with each other.

We are influencers, we own businesses, we are professionals, we are decision-makers, senior executives and value creators and we come together at Propeller Club to share, to learn and exchange views to help us do what we do better as we strive for excellence around us.
