June Luncheon to Host Dr Aysegul Çoruhlu on Longevity

We are delighted to extend an invitation to a distinguished luncheon on Thursday, 27 June, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. This exclusive event will feature Dr. Ayşegül Çoruhlu, a leading authority in cellular longevity, circadian health, and anti-aging.
Dr. Ayşegül Çoruhlu is a prominent figure in her field, with a background in biochemistry and extensive involvement in both national and international medical communities. Over the past 30 years, she has dedicated herself to her profession, continually enhancing her expertise through participation in global conferences and educational programs.
Dr. Çoruhlu’s work is centered on promoting healthy aging and longevity. She perceives aging as a treatable condition and strives to extend not only the lifespan but also the healthspan—the period during which an individual remains healthy and free from serious illness. Her services encompass longevity clinics, wellness consultations, and corporate seminars, emphasizing the importance of cellular health, proper nutrition, and maintaining the body’s natural rhythms through circadian living.
As an accomplished author, Dr. Çoruhlu has penned several books on topics including alkaline diets, circadian nutrition, and quantum nutrition, all aimed at fostering healthier lifestyles. She is renowned for her public speaking engagements and seminars, where she imparts her knowledge on anti-aging, nutrition, and overall wellness.

The luncheon fee is 1200 TL, which includes three soft drinks, with a cash bar available. One glass of red or white wine will be served complimentary with meals. Cancellations are accepted up to three days before the event.

Biography: Dr. Ayşegül Çoruhlu was born on July 4, 1969. She completed her secondary education in Izmir and graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1994. While specializing in Biochemistry at Şişli Etfal Hospital, she pursued a master’s program in biomedical engineering at Boğaziçi University for two years. In 2000, during her tenure at the American Hospital, she focused on anti-aging and longevity studies, leveraging her expertise in biochemistry. She later served as the laboratory chief of Intermed Polyclinic, where she developed check-up programs aligned with preventive medicine principles. She was among the pioneering physicians to implement advanced anti-aging techniques such as antioxidant therapy, food sensitivity testing, and personalized hormone and genetic assessments. Dr. Çoruhlu has also conducted numerous seminars for pharmacists and doctors on the utilization of vitamin and mineral supplements.
Currently, she operates her own practice, Dr. A.C. Longevity Clinic. Dr. Çoruhlu continues to share her extensive knowledge, refreshed through various associations, trainings, and congresses both in Turkey and internationally, as a speaker and author on platforms such as congresses, training sessions, social media, and other media outlets. Her notable publications include “Circadian Nutrition,” “Full But Hungry,!” “Alkaline Diet,” and “Quantum Nutrition.” Notably, her book “Alkaline Diet” has sold over 100,000 copies, offering detailed insights into alkaline nutrition for achieving a healthy weight and a long, disease-free life.
