Propeller Club Port of Istanbul – February Dinner

The international order is passing through a period of profound recalibration. Power centers are realigning, institutions are being reinterpreted, and long-standing paradigms are yielding to more complex and less predictable dynamics. In such an environment, strategic reflection is not optional — it is incumbent upon responsible leadership.

On Thursday, February 26, at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul, Propeller Club Port of Istanbul will convene its February Dinner, bringing together our members and distinguished guests for an evening of considered dialogue and shared perspective.

We are honored to welcome Soli Özel, one of Turkey’s most respected voices in global affairs and a faculty member at Koç University. Through his work with leading international think tanks and his contributions to prominent journals, Professor Özel has long
provided clarity to policymakers and opinion leaders navigating an increasingly fluid geopolitical landscape.

In his keynote address,

“Order After Disorder: Global Power Shifts, the Future of Institutions, and Turkey’s Strategic Direction,”

he will examine:
