At our March gathering, Propeller Club Port of Istanbul had the privilege of hosting Ayşegül İldeniz — a visionary leader with first-hand insight into the transformation of the global technology landscape.
With close to one hundred members and guests in attendance, we explored how artificial intelligence and digital transformation are reshaping not only business, but the very structure of our societies.
One of her key messages was clear: staying outside this transformation is no longer an option. While AI is expected to take on a significant share of creative work, it also brings new opportunities alongside new risks of inequality.
We are entering an era where it is no longer defined jobs, but capabilities that matter.
Adaptive thinking, curiosity, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and critical perspective will define future value.
